These images are from a campaign shoot for the Bill & Melinda Gates Medical Research Institute.

Produced over the course of 2 months, my team casted 11 individuals who all had intimate experience with malaria, tuberculosis, and enteric diseases. Using personal contacts and local resources, we were able to design a shoot that embodied the emotional toll these diseases take on people while at the same time photograph true-to-life stories of people with first-hand experiences.

This campaign was shot over two days in a New York studio and employed roughly 25 creatives to complete the shoot.
